Vemt was established in 2012 in Manavgat Antalya Turkey as a Limited Company providing Electrical Engineering (SMM) services.

Company has registered at Chamber of Electrical Engineers, Electricity Distribution Authority and is sertified design office for Municipality and all other offical applications. Company provided construction site supervisor and contracting responsibility services in addition to the electrical projects design.

In 2013, it continued its activities in many parts of Turkey with industrial and commercial facilities installation and commissioning consultancy services.

After 2015, it has been providing installation and commissioning consultancy (EBOP supervision) services on international projects.
